Individual and Family Therapist Candidate is responsible for diagnosing, DAP notes, treatment plans, assessment, etc. Ct must demonstrate compassion, interpersonal skills, organization, time management, good judgment and decision making. Must work well independently and with a team.
Requirements include but not limited to:
Master's degree or PhD in psychology, social work, counseling or related field
Licensure in good standing in the state of New Mexico
Next Steps after Graduation! We are a Clinical Therapeutic Residency with a passion to clinically and professional develop newly licensed therapists (LMSW and LMHCs). We will ensure you are trained, prepared and ready for independent licensure!
We provide:
Non independently licensed:
-Part time (24 client caseload)
-Weekly Supervision (our supervisors are available and dedicated to ensure access and solid support and guidance)
-Paid hourly (sessions & admin time) and benefit stipend
-CEUs
Clinical Supervisors:
Full Time (30+hrs) to include a 15 client caseload & Assigned 3 NILs (non independently licensed) clinicians
